Cameron of Cams auto is AMAZING! I was broken down with a busted serpentine belt and he was there within 20 minutes and had my on the road within 15. He was more than affordable, in fact he helped me out on an enormous way. He was friendly, funny, charming and fun to hang out with for that short time. I'm definitely hitting him up for all my future auto needs. He didn't try to sell me on a lot of "you need this this and this or your tire is going to fall off on the highway" like a lot of them do. (That was a year ago, so far my tire is fine 😂)

CAM IS THE BEST! He literally spent the day IN THE RAIN fixing my truck. He is dedicated, professional and the best price around. If you want an honest, hardworking small business owner. Cam is your guy. I will ONLY be using cams auto solutions in the future.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Prices are excellent, getting a quote and setting up an appointment was easy, and Cam did an incredible job on my brakes and engine. He came out for the job within a day of my first phone call, and was very communicative throughout. He even took additional time to show me the work he was going to do in the engine. We’ve looked for a honest, quality mechanic in Austin for a long time, and are grateful to have found one in Cam’s

This dude is legit… Thought I could replace my brake pads and rotors myself, spent 2 hours trying to get the rotor off the hub, no luck. I found Cam’s Auto Solutions online and he was working on my car within 30 minutes of my first message to him!! It took him less than an hour to do the job, I was very impressed. He also was very kind to put up with my hovering and small talk! 10/10 service, pricing is great too, definitely saving his card for when I need work done.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to for this one. (TLDR at the end) I had a frustrating idle issue with my 2005 GMC Envoy - engine would sputter, drop revs, and stall at lights unless I kept my foot on the gas. No check engine light, no codes, just a mystery. I reached out to Cam and from the start communication was fast, clear, and way above what I expected. He replied outside normal hours and got me scheduled same day. He came out to my job and worked on my car in the parking lot before my shift ended. Hooked up professional-grade diagnostics and even though everything “looked” fine on paper, he tracked it down to a failing throttle body motor. Same day he ran to AutoZone, grabbed the part, came back and replaced it. Only charged me for the part, diagnostic, and a very fair amount for labor. He also checked my suspension and other systems, pointed out things he noticed, and never tried to upsell me – just honest info. I asked last minute about a brake fluid flush and he went ahead and did a full one after showing me the fluid was old. Later that night the idle issue started acting up again. I messaged him late expecting to hear back the next day but he responded that night. De
